Every member, claim, prescription, provider, and conversation with Sage is fictional and written for this project. No real people and no real protected health information are used anywhere in this app.
The coverage terms are real, the plans are not.
The copays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket limits come from real published health plan documents, presented here under an invented carrier name. That's what makes the demo worth looking at: a high-deductible plan behaves differently from a copay plan the way it actually would, and Sage's answers hold together because it reads real coverage rules rather than numbers invented to fill a screen. None of it describes any plan you can buy.
The insurers and vendors are invented too.
Northgate Health Plan, ClearSight, Kestrel Pharmacy, Summit Dental, Lumen Health, Fernwood, Stillwater, SecondLook and Metabolix are companies I made up, along with their logos. They stand in for the kinds of vendors a real employer plan contracts with, so the demo reads the way one would, without using any real company's name or artwork. Any resemblance to a real business is coincidental.
Sage is a demo AI assistant.
It answers from the plan document belonging to whichever demo member is selected, which is why the same question gets different answers on different plans. Nothing it says is real coverage guidance — don't use it, or any information in this app, to make an actual healthcare or financial decision.
