Intensive Outpatient Program — several hours of structured treatment a day, multiple days a week, for mental health or substance use, without an overnight hospital stay.
What you pay
You pay 30% of the plan's negotiated price and the plan pays the other 70%, once you have met your $2,000 deductible. Before then you pay the full negotiated price, and what you pay counts toward the deductible.
