You pay $40 each time. This is a flat fee, so your deductible does not apply and the plan covers the rest.
Looking for something else? Different from doula support — a midwife is a licensed clinician who provides and bills for medical care, similar to an OB-GYN. A doula provides continuous personal and emotional support during birth but doesn't perform medical care. Many people use both together.
