What you pay
You pay 25% of the plan's negotiated price and the plan pays the other 75%, once you have met your $2,000 deductible. Before then you pay the full negotiated price, and what you pay counts toward the deductible.
Looking for something else? Different from the standard prescription plan: specialty drugs are priced and managed separately, often with a dedicated pharmacy team helping coordinate delivery and any prior authorization.
